Anyone heard of Stealth Investigations? Got a call from Stealth Investigation from a Texas phone number who left a voice mail. They want to reunite me with money that is owed to me. Sounds like either a scam or money they found on unclaimed money website.

Can card issuer add annual fee to existing account?
Basically, I'm interested in the Alliant Signature 2.5% cashback card now that it has no annual fee. My question is: if I get the card and Alliant decides to add the annual fee back, will it apply to my account even though it wasn't in the agreement when I applied?

EDIT: They double pulled TU and EX. @Stealth-1 I'm still behind you, but a lot closer than I was. Not sure I'm going to push for another card, there's nothing on my radar right now.

Also, remember the Citi CC has a $500 monthly top category cap — although probably still okay for your restaurant spend. (Bad for groceries, though.)
