does a comapny need to tell me i was fired? California
I was suspended for 2 days then i show up again and they tell me to go home and would contact me for when i could come back, i waited for 2 weeks and never heard anything, but when i go and get my paycheck it had all my vacation hours but not the holiday pay before i was suspended.
